PARC DE L’ALBA IS A PIONEER IN CONSERVING NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENHANCING LOCAL ECOSYSTEMS

Parc de l’Alba is the only Development Plan in Catalonia to carry out an exhaustive environmental study to certify its sustainability. This has allowed the development to incorporate exemplary levels of natural-resource conservation and set aside 50% of the land for green zones, which are undergoing landscape and ecological restoration.

The transformation taking place in Parc de l’Alba allows the city of Cerdanyola to restore the environmental quality of an area of high ecological interest that, over the past decades, has deteriorated significantly.
